How long have you been with the Spotted Horse?
Since November 2007.
What do you like most about the pub?
The Sunday Roast Dinners. Every Sunday I put in an order early, because there's always a chance we'll sell out and I think it's safe to say my whole week would be ruined if I missed out on my Beef.
What's one of your best memories of working here?
I enjoy joining in on Poker Nights when I'm not working, even though a certain manager of The Ship in Wandsworth whose name rhymes with 'barley' keeps standing me up for our game! Also I would have to say that working on Boat Race Day, March 29th was a pretty amazing experience. The pub was filled with so many people and the music just brought the house down.
Favourite pub meal?
I already said the Sunday Roasts, but our crispy pork belly special is another huge hit with me.
And your favourite refreshing beverage served at the pub?
I'm easily satisfied with a nice pint of Foster's, but we also just started carrying bottles of Young's Ale like 'Special London' and 'Double Chocolate Stout' that are pretty tasty as well.
Anything else you'd like to say to the many legions of fans of The Spotted Horse?
I've said it once and I'll say it a thousand times: I'm SURE I ordered the Pinot Grigio!
